Xcalacoco Beach

Xcalacoco Beach is my favorite place to swim, snorkel, fish, and relax and is what I believe the nicest and prettiest beach in Playa Del Carmen, and the best part is that it is only a few minutes away from Myoli. Parking is free, and there are washrooms and showers available for a nominal charge. If you want to take your bicycle there, they have a special rack to store them on and also have an area set aside for Motorcycles. Almost any type of water activity is available, including para sailing, canoeing, jet-skiing, stand up paddleboarding etc. You can walk for miles and I enjoy hunting for all the different sea shells that I can find. I also enjoy watching all the different sea birds, especially the pelicans that dive bomb into the water in search of their next meal. I highly recommend going to Xcalacoco Beach as I know you will not be disappointed.
